About our Team
Roots & Wings are in an enviable position of having an intentional team bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion to our two settings each and every day. Our team have been carefully chosen to reflect the quality standards set down by Bellota View Ltd. All team members regularly participate in CPD to up skill and be informed about the changing sector.
Our team are highly experienced in all domains of early education and school aged childcare evidenced in our day to day interactions, engagement and enjoyment of working in the sector. This is further reflected in both current inspection reports with Tusla, The Department of Education and Skills (DES) and Pobal. In our most recent DES inspection we attained an exemplary in every area of our educational approach.
As a company we value the skills, expertise and dedication that our team bring to the table. We know that our team are the core of what drives our quality and we recognise the importance of supporting each individual working as part of our team. We focus on support, mentorship and progression as part of our practice and we aim to ensure that every team member feels at home and part of the family.

A little bit about me:
Nickola oversees our services under Bellota View Ltd, with over 25 years experience and believes that young children when exposed to an enriching environment children and positive meaningful interactions are empowered to becoming competent and capable learners.
